It's OK but hard to navigate at times and I think it's a little less serious than other services

They got the best remix in their playlist. I was stressed and needed some good music to get relaxed. One of my friend recommended this app and believe it is the best.

I had a basic account which was good for being able to share my music to people I wanted to hear what I was producing. I signed up for a Pro Plan and twice now most of my pictures and write ups, as well as half the tracks I posted just disappeared (the first time I got them all back, am in process with help ticket for second time). In addition, for the second time, they show me as having a basic account instead of the PRO that I signed up for. I have 30 days to cancel and get a refund, but since they don't show me as having a PRO account I can't cancel it. First time I lost everything, I discovered the issue when some couldn't access my links. They wrote back that everything looked fine to them (and at the point they wrote back to me everything was back). So now I have submitted another help ticket (the link to do this hidden so it is hard to do - I needed to reply to a previous help ticket since I couldn't locate the link to start a ticket) and will need to wait probably til next week to hear back from them (since it is now Friday morning). FYI, when the PRO was working, I saw no benefit to me to have the extra service and to pay the fee. The only reason that I gave it 3 stars is that after a few days, the help desk did get back to me asking for some screen shots and then followed up after that, even if it was a bit slow. Also the basic free service works for sharing links of my music with friends and acquaintances, even if it doesn't work well with a paid subscription.

Could be a lot better if you fought to get more flexibly on what you can stream and post for more lyrical songs and artists...

I like the app, sad I am not able to listen to rap songs... And the issue with the loading with no Internet makes me angry

It is probably goo just for discovering new unknown artists, but for quality listening to music I would prefer another app

SoundCloud is a good alternate music streaming platform for me. It doesn't have as many songs as Spotify or Amazon Music does, but I use it, because SoundCloud has a lot of rap mixtapes on there, which is something that a lot of mainstream music streaming devices don't have. If you're a fan of rap music, I'd totally use SoundCloud for mixtapes. Also, the website is kind of a mess and it's really annoying searching for one song. For example, if I look up "Her Song" by MGK, it'll show me a lot of his mainstream music and I have to search for that one specific song by scrolling for a few minutes.
