SoundCloudReviews of soundcloud.com

I guess I should read reviews before downloading the apps Huh???? These guys are HACKER FRIENDLY… Meaning they’ll take a HACKERS word and remove ANY OF YOUR SONGS BEFORE THE SONG IS EVEN PROCESSED 4 Songs today, I own ALL copyrights and publishing, and I receive some dumb documentation to fill out PROVING THE SONGS BELONG TO ME !! Why did you NOT SEND THIS TO THE HACKER? “ Unknown Artist, unknown Song”, ding ding , doesn’t that sound off an alarm???? I sent in proof the songs were mine, showed them in screenshots that these songs were in MY phone. !!! Still they take the words of a hacker…. BEWARE!!!! I would not send this app to my worst enemy!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong color towels and contacted customer service right away. They said I’d hear back within 48 hours, but it took days, and when they did respond, they just closed my ticket without addressing the problem. There’s no real customer support and no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

SoundCloud is going down the drain. They always show unrelated and unfitting ai music. They never show the music I upload to other people unless I pay for advertisment. Also the music I want to hear isn't available here anyways. This used to be a fun place for passionate musicians to share and exchange But over the course of the past years it has gotten worse and worse. Why should I pay for an artist pro plan if u don't play fair and by ur own rules? Huh? SoundCloud? Wtf

App started track skipping repeatedly. Logged out and couldn't get back in. That was a week ago. Support finally sent me a password reset and my profile is empty! Playlists and all my tracks gone! It's 48 hours since then and NOTHING! NO SUPPORT! For £11.99 a month it's not worth it!

I wanted to put 4 stars but Trustpilot won’t let me. So I’m trying with just one. Good luck. The site with the most satisfaction among all those I commented on Trustpilot. Thank you Soundcloud.

I’ve been using SoundCloud as an independent artist and producer, but their current monetization policy has made the platform significantly less attractive to me. My track was excluded from monetization because generative AI was involved in the production process, despite the fact that I have the necessary rights to release and monetize my music. What makes this particularly frustrating is that SoundCloud currently accepts AI-assisted music created with certain approved integration partners, while music created using other tools can be rejected from monetization. In my opinion, this is an arbitrary distinction. What should matter is whether the artist has the legal rights to the finished recording — not which production tool was used. The support experience made things worse. I was repeatedly directed toward a copyright dispute process even though there was no third-party copyright complaint against my track. The actual issue was SoundCloud’s AI monetization policy. As a paying artist who actively releases music, I expect clear policies, competent support and equal treatment of legally owned music. If SoundCloud continues down this path, I will simply release less of my catalogue there and focus on platforms with more practical policies for modern music production. Very disappointing experience.

Soundcloud is a joke - they were overcharging me and every time i went to unsubscribe they made it impossible from my device. Not until I got my computer out of storage was I able to properly login and unsubscribe from this shitty service. Every other music streaming service has been easier and more accessible and im suprised this shitty brand is still able to host music on their site. Useless.

Unbelievably childlike behavior! Careful to not get involved with these con artists who care so much about money they shit on someone who thought they were cool. Don’t do it, so many others who don’t force you to pay more money and hide your music from you unless you pay by more. Criminal behavior!!! Caution everyone
