Really difficult to cancel. Debited my account even though I did not want to continue. Sent email to have it bounce back to talk with bot. Instructions to find bot was difficult Good riddance, just beware of the hoops they make you jump through to cancel.

They deleted my account and gave 0 explanation. I've been with them since they first dropped like over 10 years ago. I've watched this platform slowly go downhill. I think its cute how they try to push a subscription onto you; despite their platform knowingly being the worst. Total joke. Use your money and go buy yourself something nice instead.

It's a shame that this was once the number one streaming music platform, and now it's just garbage! Nothing works, and everything looks awful and outdated!

I lost my account and got no help! I submitted a support request to recover my SoundCloud account and never received any confirmation email or ticket number. I tried reaching out via email, chat, and Twitter, but no one helped me. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Please respond and help me get my account back!

Charged me 11€ for a subscription that I canceled the day before. How is this legal? Send them a request about this 4 days ago, still no response. In fact, I have a request with Soundcloud that's been pending for probably a year by now, and yet still they haven't responded. Also, NEVER distribute your music via SoundCloud. It will go all right, but if you cancel your subscription (11€/month), they will threaten to delete all your music on all platforms forever. How supportive to smaller musicians/artists who just want their sound heard. What a time to be alive! Just copy paste exactly what Spotify is doing to their artists and treat your customers like piggy banks Yippee!

Nach jahrelanger Arbeit als Artist am Reichweitenaufbau ohne Vorankündigung das gesamte Konto gelöscht. ChatGPT sagt, dass das ken Einzelfall ist. Soundcloud ist Zeitverschwendung.

It is terrible for distribution. I was going to move from Distrokid and I kid you not, I will not be doing that and I will be cancelling my Soundcloud artist pro next year. They keep rejecting my art, even though I used my own photos for the art. They suggest you can release explicit and clean version of the same song and they then reject the clean version saying remove "clean" from description. No sense whatsoever. No response from the customer service either.

New uploading page is a mess - that grey cloud is loading forever just to show me their paid plan ad... Previous upload page version worked fast, fine and smooth, but now it's a nightmare. In mobile browser desktop view mode green Upload button ofter is hidden (when you adding your audio, artwork, metadata - it won't scroll down to that button anymore!). Mobile android app is trash - they only way I can go to my profile is by searching it! And I can't add tags there, plus many other things. Why I can't have same functionality in app as in mobile browser in desktop view mode? Why I must switch between mobile browser view modes / app each time I need to do something? Mobile browser version also always driving me crazy - no features are available except of browsing/streaming only. All this nonsense exist for so many years and still not fixed.
