Very happy with wig
Very happy with wig. The quality and color exceeded my expectations. The customer service department was excellent. Staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Order was received prior to when I expected it.

Beautiful wig
Received the wig within a good time frame. The wig is soft and cute. It's darker than I expected, however I can work with it. I plan to have my stylist cut it just a tab shorter. I am still waiting on the other hair clips in my order.

Perfect Color for Me - Wigs
I am not good at working with hair be it my own hair or wigs. I wanted a brown wig with grey and Soul Lady Wigs had them. In fact, after searching Soul Lady was the only wig company that had them. After receiving my first wig from Soul Lady I became frustrated because I didn't know what to do with it but after working with it a while I was able to get the look I wanted. I am now on my third wig and I'm very pleased with my brown wigs quality and texture with just the right amount of grey.

Soul Lady have the best customer service. They are in your corner to assist you until you are pleased either the outcome.
Customer service works for you. My order was received as promised. But when I opened and put it on, oh my goodness and my husband actually, wow, that's a hit. I can only say the quality can't be matched.
