Omg I love my wig, I put it on and it made me want to cry. It reminded me of when I wore my hair like this when I had fuller hair. Thank you Soulladywigs, I'm a satisfied customer. 4/15/25

I received my order, it did not meet my expectations, the wig did not fit me. I requested a refund. I understood the restocking fee. Having to ship back myself. The company replied back, All I could do is think: You should, you could, you would have. $138.00 is a lot in times like these.

Great quality wig, texture, color, and size. It arrived on time and was packaged well.

Do not buy!! First issue $20 automatically deducted from your purchase no matter what whether you liked it or not plus you pay to return the wig yikes I paid $14 for priority just to make sure they received it. My wig smelled of Fish. Very difficult to wash out and the wig was very dirty the color also changed upon washing. Cheap lace front looked like fish netting. The front of the wig without lace was also awful short cut hair thank goodness it had bangs to cover. All there responses we’re we’ll take $5 or $8 off very poor product save your money not worth the trouble. Oh the wig cap are very heavy and Hot to wear I kept one wig because not worth it to send back. BUYERS BEWARE

The details, thoughts and care to give us a totally complete natural look and feel is just absolutely unimaginable. Thank you to the professionals that made the beautiful products and this will definitely be my goto place from here on out. Love the salt & pepper choices, you literally forget you are wearing a hair piece. And, the silk bags that are giving free, just put the icing on the cake. And, delivery time superb!

I love the brand new wig that I ordered from SoulLady. It was dark gray perfect for me since I’m just going into gray hair coloring. Customer service has been so friendly to me that I ended up ordering another wig in less than two weeks.

I ordered the unit in a small for an additional $30, so imagine my surprise when it was a medium with a draw string. I could make into a small by pulling the draw string. Not to mention I ordered a 14” and when my beautician measured it, it was a 12” at best. When I emailed them regarding the fact that this did not match what I ordered, it was horrible, and asked why did I pay an additional $30 for a draw string, here are some of the replies I received: ********************* A.) The wig was TERRIBLE!!!!!! Will send something that you did not order!!!!! Do not order from this so called company!!!!! It is awful!!!!!
