The wig was not what I expected for the price. Hair is hard to the touch and it slips around on the head. stiff not soft. dissapointed with my first order.
Response from SOUL LADYOct 19, 2026
Hello Deborah, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your first experience with Soul Lady Wigs didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when the hair texture and fit aren’t what you expected. We’d appreciate it if you could email us a few clear photos of the wig, including how it fits on your head, at [email protected]. This will help us better understand your concerns and explore how we can assist you. For the slipping issue, you might also consider trying our Adjustable Velvet Wig Grip Band. It’s designed to help keep your wig more securely in place and may reduce slipping during wear. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to help make things right. Thank you for giving us the chance to address your concerns. Best wishes, Soul Lady Wigs

Almost perfect
Hey, I’m really happy with my Sonya Water Wave Bob wig in Dark Brown with Gray, but I’m having a bit of trouble with the front hairline—it keeps shifting and doesn’t stay down like it’s supposed to. It doesn’t look super natural, and no matter what wig cap I use, it’s still moving around. Does anyone have tips or tricks to fix this? Appreciate any advice! Thanks, Annie.
Response from SOUL LADYOct 16, 2026
Hi Annie, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that you’re happy with your Sonya Water Wave Bob Wig in Dark Brown with Gray. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced some shifting around the front hairline. For a more secure and comfortable fit, we recommend adjusting the drawstring and band to fit snugly without being too tight. We also recently launched our Adjustable Velvet Wig Grip Band with Velcro, which is designed to help keep your wig securely in place and reduce slipping or movement. The soft velvet material provides a comfortable grip, while the adjustable Velcro closure allows you to customize the fit. We hope this helps you enjoy an even more secure and comfortable fit with your Sonya wig! We truly appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing Soul Lady Wigs, Annie. We’re always happy to help. Best wishes, Soul Lady Wigs
