So happy with my purchase
So happy with my purchase. It was just like the picture. I love it. I have worn it once, and all the compliments stared pouring in. Every one assumed I had gotten my own hair braided and no idea it was a wig. I love the natural look. Thanks. Great service.

First and last time buyer!
First and last time buyer. I placed an order June 11, from this company because I thought the hair would be shipping to me from Oakwood, GA. Today is July 2 and according to tracking the hair is in Korea, from China. I no longer need it. Taking way longer than expected and only shipped after I inquired about it. Guess it will arrive by the end of July, if then.
Response from SOUL LADYJul 6, 2026
Hello Kat, Thank you for your patience and feedback. We are very sorry for the long delivery time and any misunderstanding caused. According to the tracking, your order has now been successfully delivered. Since the item was out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, it had to be shipped from our overseas warehouse, which unfortunately resulted in a longer transit time than expected. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We really appreciate your understanding and support, and we hope you are able to enjoy your order now that it has arrived. Best wishes, Soul Lady Wigs
