Greetings, Miriam! We absolutely feel sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you this time. We believe these were driving factors causing you to leave these words for us. The truth is, we are not any of these things. We want to help you get your money back, but as of now, we can only do so via PayPal. If you can provide us with your PayPal email, we can make sure you get your money back. So, we're sending you a request where you can add your PP email. We are looking forward to mending this mess. Hi Amanda, Thank you for writing about your experience here! It's an act that made us aware of the misfortunate events you have had to endure until now. This time we shall make sure you get your refund. I've personally instructed the last person you got in touch with and tasked them to ask for your PayPal email. We would have been able to process a refund but our payment gateway issues has rendered us unable to. Our workaround the situation is via PayPal as we can only refund through this medium while we fix the issue. A representative of ours will send you an email and ask for your PayPal. We are looking forward to take the next steps to help you get your money back! With Gratitude, The souk + SEPIA Customer Gratitude Team E: [email protected] W: www.soukandsepia.com IG: @soukandsepia

Hi Lindsay, Thank you for writing in! We do appreciate your sentiments and all kinds of feedback is welcomed. After all, this is how we know which direction to steer away from thanks to the thoughts you share. We have reached out to you via email and requested for your PayPal as an alternative way to process a refund while our original payment gateways are still being fixed. Your refund is on its way to you and we are truly grateful for your active participation in our follow-up email. Thank you for still managing to be kind even when you haven't had the ideal experience with us. We hope your day ends well! Hello Evan, Thank you for leaving your thoughts here! We'd like to extend our deepest apologies for the horribly long wait you had to endure. It was all due to our backlogged orders that go as long as 6 to 8 weeks which is why fulfillment has suffered greatly. Bad news cannot exist without the good, so we are happy to say that we have finally caught up to these backlogs and delayed orders now beginning to ship out! With our two new warehouses soon to operate in New Jersey and California, shipping times will be relatively quicker. We hope that sparks interest in you more and we wish you could give us a chance again next time. We always believe in redemption. Hello Nana, We are grateful for this chance to understand one another better. We have given our Gratitude Team the green light to process a refund for the purple dress you never received. The refund was posted today around 20 minutes ago. You should receive an email notification verifying the refund. It should take as early as 3 business days but it may also take as long as 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank institution. I hope this information eases the tension. We understand we haven't given you the best experience and we really feel sorry for this. Please don't hesitate to ask us anything and we will see to it that it's met. Hi Maritza, Thank you for writing in and leaving us your thoughts here! Before anything further, we just want you to know how sorry we feel for the series of terrible experiences that has led you to write us this feedback. It is due to our backlogged orders of 6 to 8 weeks that our shipping and fulfillment has suffered greatly. But those days are finally coming to an end as orders have started to ship now and we're up to date for the remaining orders. As a matter of fact, there's already movement in your items according to the tracking link. This means it will only take a few more days until you finally receive your items. We can also provide you with compensations such as a gift card for example. Something you can redeem to get something from the online store. We hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to write us back at [email protected] if you have further inquiries. Hello, Homeland Security! Our regrets are through the roof reading your message here. We wish we could have done things better so it wouldn't have turned out like this. We're pretty sure this is all just some misunderstanding as we always make sure to process refunds especially when customers demand it due to our failure to deliver our promises. We would like to request your order ID and email address to verify and track your order. Once these are provided, we will do the rest for you! You will get your money back and that is a promise. Hello, Miss Aneka! It's a shame we couldn't give you the kind of experience we always wanted for you, and it's nothing short of a proper one. We do not wish to make any excuses, but we just want you and everyone else to know that order processing alone takes 2 to 4 weeks time as stated in our page's FAQs https://soukandsepia.com/a/faqs Given how quick delivery is for other similar brands such as Shein, we know 2 to 4 weeks is pretty long a wait by today's standards. This is why we have finally decided to acquire 2 new warehouses situated within the country in the states of New Jersey and California, namely. We realize that in order to take better care of our customers, we must make moves that would be better for everyone. Bringing you disappointment multiple times is absolutely outrageous, but if you can give us a chance in a few months, once our warehouse systems are running, we will not make you regret trying us again. Please don't hesitate to write us back should you have further questions or concerns. Wishing you a pleasant rest of the evening!
