I appreciate how you kept me informed of my package when it arrives and the quality of my item

I really love what I've ordered so far and can't wait to order more. However, I'm still waiting on an item that I ordered on September 12th. I understand what's going on with shipping though so I'm being patient.

Literally, every single item was worth the purchase. However, do not expect to order and receive your items all at once or within a few days. This is definitely an order early and wait company. But everything I ordered was exactly as described and pictured, clean, well-packaged, fit well. I will be ordering from here again in the near future!

So far I have only received one product from my order but it was really well made and looked as expected. The shipping process is loooonnng!! But they do inform u of the wait so I appreciate that. I’ve made other purchases since my first. Will continue to buy. I just hope they can shorten the ship time.

I love my sweater but I was expecting better packaging. There was nothing to protect the actual sweater it pull out of the package delivery bag and label place directly on the sweater. This was odd packaging
