Our order processing takes 3 to 10 business days while shipping takes 5 to 10 business days which could total to up to 28 days if we're including the weekends to the count. Not to worry, we're still pretty much within the shipping timeframe. Of course, it would be best for you to receive it earlier, but souk + SEPIA has been working on the shipping side of the business. For everyone wondering why it takes this much time, this is because we have various suppliers from across the globe, from Tibet, Thailand, UK, US, China and Nigeria. Upon checking, we do see that the order is already being awaited by USPS and a link is already existing for it. However, there hasn't been an update which means the partner courier has yet to pass it on to USPS. Processing alone takes 3 to 10 business days while shipping may take a couple of weeks. We have passed this on to our Order Fulfillment Team so that they can get a direct update from the supplier. We shall get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours with a solution.
