There may have been a little misunderstanding as to the order processing time, and that is 3 to 10 business days. There's also 5 to 10 business days for the shipping timeframe. We'd like to clarify that our order processing takes 3 to 10 business days while shipping takes an additional 5 to 10 business days. We do feel for and understand your disappointment with how things have been going on so far, but we can absolutely assure you that we are a legitimate company. As stated in our FAQs in our website, some of our products may come from China as it is also one of the places where some of our suppliers are located. We apologize for the little miscommunication. We can assure you that we will be speaking with the supplier, because on our end, there's another tracking which matches your address, and it shows that package was "delivered." Of course, we're not implying that you're lying because you do not strike me as someone who would tarnish their integrity. So do we. As of yesterday, we have processed a full refund for your order. Upon checking the status of your order, we see that your item has been delivered on the 24th of July according to the USPS tracking link. It seems there is no need for us to worry any longer. Order processing takes at least 3 to 10 business days with the shipping timeframe at 5 to 10 business days which means the package was delivered within the schedule. We hope this helps!
