We have read your review and we can definitely say that we're genuinely worried that you had to be in this unfavorable position because we only want the best possible experience for you and nothing else. There is no doubt that we do have suppliers from China, but not just exclusively from China. We also do business with suppliers from the United States, United Kingdom, Tibet, Thailand and even Lagos in Nigeria. For our Chinese suppliers, we make sure the sizing is standardized and follows the US measurements to cater to the US market, but sometimes, there may be errors in the production of these items and we are more than willing to make up for the trouble if the sizes don't fit our customers. We'd like to clarify that orders take 3 to 10 business days for processing while shipping takes at least 5 to 10 days. As of now, there hasn't been an update in the tracking number for your order, but there are also instances where there is movement in the package, but the scan is just delayed. We can wait a couple more days for the tracking update to show. Unfortunately, your item may not make it on the 17th, although there's still a chance it will. We can wait until then.
