I received the jacket after 6weeks and I have no idea how to even put it on there are rough edges and the buttons at the top do not close the coat. This is nothing like the picture. But it looks like you’re closed anyway.

I placed an order in October 2022, it’s now January 2023. I reached out through email in December 2022 and got a response about delays and said I would receive a tracking number soon and would be updated shortly. It’s been crickets since I sent that email. I even sent a direct message on Instagram, they “loved” my critical comment about their customer service but never responded. I’m requesting a refund with my bank. As I see these reviews, I wish I would have read them sooner before even ordering. Purchased a winter jacket with a promo code for $72. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be disappointed and out of money with no product received!

Ordered some shoes, which took forever to get here. They were too small so I opted for an exchange. I have now been waiting a month. No email, no updated tracking number, nothing. Such a shame this is a black owned company

This company is a scam! I ordered an item and returned it. I have been awaiting a refund for two months! I have emailed. Instagramed and facebooked Them. They keep saying they are busy. Do not order from them!! If ypu like An item Screenshot it and find it on on alibaba where they buy from!

Placed an order on 11/4/2022, like 3 weeks went by no tracking information was given, so now its the week after Thanksgiving I need my shoes for an event still no tracking info. so I start emailing, inbox on facebook finally on 11/30/22 someone responded via email and refunded me. Now its 12/12/22 I have not gotten my refund nor do I have their product. so I check my account no refund got my bank to research what happen this company decline my refund on 12/6/22. so now I'm emailing again trying to figure what's the problem now.

DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is TRASH! I wish iInhad read the reviews beforehand. They are giving authentic black owned companies a bad name. I places an order and have yet to receive any follow-up information in regards to shipping or anything. Only shop with black owned vendors in person is what I will be doing moving forward or from a true reliable source.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered one of their items in October and the progress is still, hasn't shipped as of December 9th. I asked them to cancel the order several times in mid November and in December asking to return my money, neither has been done yet.

Wish I could give 0 stars I placed an order on October 28,2022 and still haven’t received my items. At this point I just want my money back.
