Hi Darya, We believe you do have enough reason to be furious, you have every right to react this way given the unpleasant circumstances that you have experienced due to our incompetence. One can only take so much. We really didn't mean to offend anybody. It's our way of letting you know that we are just as frustrated as you are with how events have been unfolding. We would like to know which items we need to refund. All we need is the order numbers and email addresses used to order the corresponding items. So far we have detected about 3 orders with the same name "Darya Igamberdiev" but we need to verify if we're missing anything as you had mentioned there were 15 orders initially. We know it may sound selfish, but we'd greatly appreciate any chance you can give us to redeem ourselves and do right by you this time.
