We couldn't process a refund for the reason that there had been problems with a couple of our payment gateways which we are still currently trying to fix at the moment. However, we can process refunds through PayPal and it would have been possible had there not been a chargeback filed on your end on June 4th. We are not trying to run away with your money. We know how y'all work hard for your money and we would never tarnish our reputation by seizing our customers' hard-earned funds. We worked so hard to grow the company, built it with our blood and sweat and tears. We would never do anything that would render our efforts useless. Everything is slowly going back to normal now, though. In our past responses to customers, we have been happily announcing the acquirement of two warehouses in CA and NJ respectively. We are super excited to have them up and running to cut down shipping times. By the way, we do not have a voice support channel just yet, only emails and chats. Hi Rahma, Indeed, what you have been through is something we can call 'unlucky' and 'unfortunate.' It's true that we have been in a battle with some suppliers which is why we are acquiring two new warehouses in CA and NJ respectively to dramatically cut down shipping times. The reason you may find some of our stuff in other stores is because our suppliers also supply other brands and while it would be really good for us to have them exclusively deal with us, we wouldn't want to lock them in a contract that would hinder them to hustle freely. Sorry for dulling the spark and excitement you feel from online shopping. We really wish you could be around when things are back to normal. Would be lovely to offer you a service you truly deserve.
