I’m very happy with my experience and wanted to leave a 5 star review! The support team was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Whenever there were any issues or mistakes, they were willing to help fix them and made sure everything was taken care of. The delivery went well, and the products turned out great. My girlfriend and I are both very happy with what we received. It’s clear they care about their customers and want to make sure everyone has a positive experience. At first I did think it was a scam from the reviews but it's not, they just take a lil time to arrive that's all, like 2 weeks max. But it also depends where you live tbh.

I received my heart pendant yesterday and it’s very lovely as is the packaging which is so impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Sotiya if you are looking for a beautiful piece of jewellery.

I have purchased 2 beautiful coffee diamond rings and love them both. Currently, a stone went missing from the eternity band and Mia at Sotiya worked with me to come up with a solution to make it right!! They are making and sending me a new ring!! So far the company has been great and when I have the new ring in my possession I will up the review to 5 stars!! 07-16-2026 update, I received my replacement ring as promised and as such, giving them 5 stars!!

Just got my reproduction victorian ring and am overall happy. ITS 925 STERLING overlayed with rose gold and its a little bright and I may have liked yellow gold color more. The detail is great, feels solid and I will enjoy wearing it for the price being 1% of what an authentic antique piece would cost, if I could find one! I recommend Sotiya but study the picture well before ordering and don't expect quick delivery. Communication was good with shipping updates.

I wasn't happy with a previous ring set purchase from them. Customer Service worked with me and was willing to compromise so that I got a ring set that fit and that I really love. The only downside was the shipping time. I'm not sure where the rings ship from but the wait time can be quite lengthy. This might be a result of the current political climate and the tariffs. But I can say that I'm happy and would buy from them again. And my customer service representative Mia is a big part of my satisfaction with Sotiya. Great job Mia!
