My computer screen was completely black and would not show my desktop. Kevin was my technician and he worked on my laptop doing all the necessary updates. I love having the ability to contact Geek Techs Pro for help. I believe I have worked with Kevin before and he did an excellent job, He is especially patient with me understanding what he was doing on my laptop. Several tech companies have attempted to scam me.
