SOS GEEK offers excellent, reliable, and affordable services! After speaking with Harris our 1st point of contact, he sent Alan an IT technician that arrived at our office with a laptop the next day. He was punctual, and he has a very pleasant demeanor. He got to work right away with Wes who logged in remotely to migrate our Fortigate 60E firewall to the new 50G Fortigate firewall. This process was seamless that took approximately an hour. Alan also gave me a usb backup, so if there is ever a need to restore back to the initial configuration.
