Brain, Andrew, Jack & Kenny were so helpful. I spent hours trying to get our computer to connect with our printer via blue tooth and the gang found out we had Malware on our computer. It took hours to clean it up and then they quickly connected our printer. They were all so kind and patient with me as well. Thanks for all the hard work.

All the techs know their stuff. I have a very old computer and they performed miracles. They are continuing to assist me. Highly recommend.

Very Patience and understanding of the issues.

Very poor customer service. We had our appointment rescheduled three times with a no show each time. We received a voicemail the day of the third appointment that there would be an additional charge of $700 because we live in a “mountain area”. We were also told none of the technicians could come because we were too far away. Do not waste your time trying to do business with these people.
