All the questions we had about the policy were thoroughly explained. Adam spent a great of time explaining how the policy works and gave us examples of what would be covered and what would not be covered.

Adam Miller was very knowledgeable and provided me with valuable insights on my extended warranty policy and explained how SOS Auto Protect was better than its competitors. Adam made me feel comfortable with my warranty decision and the entire process was smooth and efficient.

Adam was kind & professional & helped me select the best plan for my car. I am much more comfortable knowing I have a plan that will cover just about everything except the kitchen sink (besides normal stuff like oil change, brakes, etc). I hope I don't need their services but I do have peace of mind that they will do what is necessary to get me back on the road. Stay tuned folks....I will update this review if any type of covered service is needed.

The staff at SOS are very helpful and considerate while offering a better product. I looked into using other car warranty companies, however, SOS offers 5 years of coverage compared to other companies only offering up to 3 years of coverage. Thank you again.
