I’m very satisfied with their customer service. Ash is the customer representative. She returned my call within an hour and able to cancel the product that I accidentally paid in addition to the varicose balms that I have ordered. Plus, she gave me a $10 discount. I just hope their product is effective as what they advertise. Thank you Sorviq.

If I could give Sorviq zero stars I would. Bought three containers and after using two I saw nor felt no change in my legs. I contacted Sorviq and they said try it for another two weeks. I did and still no change. Emailed the company three times to return product and no one will get back to me. Called and left a voice message…no call back. Do not deal with this company.

I love the Sorviq Miracle Balm! After one application, my legs did not hurt or have that heavy feeling. I was able to stand in my kitchen to cook without my legs feeling like lead.
