We have been working with Sophie Society since February of 2025. It has been going very well so far. We utilize them for general account management and we paid for their infographic and EBC module design services. The account management is lead by Kevin R.. He has been a pleasure to work with so far. He makes himself available to chat daily via slack and on the phone when we request. We have seen solid, profitable growth since he has managed the account. The infographic services that were provided originally were about a 6.5/10. After we stated our feelings, Sophie decided to make the situation right by redoing them and offer some extra EBC modules. These came out closer to a 9.5/10. Overall, very happy and would recommend.
