I have been working with Yenal for a little under 6 months. I have had a great experience. He is easy to work with, communicates frequently, has increased our sales, frequently checks in. I love his invaluable insight.

A big shout out to everyone at Sophie, especially Dave who has been my account manager for a number of years. They took my sales in a very competitive and low margin niche from £45k a month to £90k while still remaining profitable. I actually left Sophie last year, on recommendation of my amazon account manager who felt at the time dsp (at the time Sophie didnt offer) would be beneficial and all i can say is my sales dropped to about £45k within 3 or 4 months. They didnt quite understand my product and pay attention to profit. We wasted about £30k on dsp along with £15k amazon contribution and didnt see any increase in ocerall sales, in fact it dropped. Went back to Sophie last September, Dave took over my account again and he got me back to being profitable within the same month. Dave and his team understand the product, understand that profit comes first for me at the moment. They are even looking at ways how we can increase cart value, increase organic growth, listing enhancements. The point is i fully trust them. With the other agency i would find myself constantly policing what they did, id waste more time checking up on them to the point it didnt really make sense to have a ppc manager. Now im back to getting on with my business and let Dave and his team run with it. Thanks guys
