We had been trying to do our own PPC campaigns for a long time, but it was not working for us, and our business was floundering. A couple of months ago, we decided to seek the help of Sophie Society. Best decision we have made for our business. Our PPC account manager, Kelly, has been incredibly patient and helpful. Our regular meetings have always been informative and insightful. Setting up goals and checking whether we achieved them is so fulfilling. It feels like a business partnership. We are already seeing improvements in our actual sales and reduction in advertising spend. We especially appreciate the weekly PPC reports that shows where our business is going.
