Working with Sophie Society — and in particular my PPC consultant Oliver — has been one of the best decisions for my Amazon business. I can say with full confidence that I wholeheartedly recommend both the agency and Oliver personally. Before partnering with them, my PPC performance was inconsistent and far from optimal. Since Oliver took over, my business has made a complete 180. He brought structure, transparency, and a well-thought-out strategy that produced results faster than I expected. His communication is excellent, he explains every step clearly, and it always feels like he genuinely cares about the success of the business. If you’re looking for an Amazon PPC partner you can trust, look no further. Five stars without hesitation.

Easy to work with. Very helpful.

Working with Anja has been such a smooth and supportive experience. She has an incredible eye for detail and made the entire Brand Story and A+ setup process feel effortless. She communicates clearly, follows through quickly, and genuinely cares about getting everything exactly right. What I appreciated most was how proactive and reassuring she was — she kept me updated at each step, made sure all the visuals aligned with my brand, and handled the entire process with so much professionalism and kindness. Because of her work, my listing looks polished, elevated, and aligned with the story I want my brand to tell. Anja is thoughtful, talented, and very dedicated. I’m truly grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her.

I chose Sophie Society due to the quality and knowledge I saw in our initial call. I chose right. What a fabulous and talented group of people. Sticking with them, my Amazon sales are trending way up. Amazon is brutal to learn and get right, and I couldn't have done this without them. My product is Dr. Brahmsy's Pet First Aid Kits and I expect to expand the line in the future.

Zoltan has been very hands-on in helping us grow our brand. Not only does he take care of advertising but he also actively helps out in improving our product listings and provides support in product research and market validation.

Sophie Society provides professional PPC management and it is clear that they know what they are doing. Moreover, I got some great advise about my listings and strategy from Zoltan and his colleagues at Sophie Society.

Finally we found an ad agency that actually gives credence to being our "partner" with our Amazon sales. Our account manager, Patryk, is terrific to work with. He is receptive to our input, a good communicator and follows through with what he promises. In a few short weeks, we have seen sales improve YOY...it confirms our decision to join the Sophie Society, with Patryk in particular, was right on!
