Sophie & OliviaReviews of sophieolivia-lingerie.com

Fabric is super cheap and this company is an absolute scam, I got a piece for my wife, have been trying for weeks to initiate a return, I’m on my 23rd email with them, going back-and-forth, it took 15 emails before they even gave me a return the link, trying to offer me vouchers instead of giving me my money back. They asked for multiple photos of the item, then more photos and more photos, they are just stalling until I give up to avoid giving me a return. I have to call my bank to try to cancel this purchase, if they were a local company I would be pounding on their doors right now

Do not buy ! Not only are most of the reviews fake , they drop ship cheap items from factories in China. Confirmed items from Ali Express & Ali Baba are bought on masse and shipped direct from China. Do not buy, do not waste you’re money, customer services insisted on sending order once cancelled .

Lingerie can never be one size fits all, I should know better! Only thing to fit is the body suit, everything else is terrible - huge sizes & very badly made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely shocking, ordered this 3 weeks ago to be told it’s a incorrect address, Every other Parcle gets delivered. It was for a special birthday and now they said I have to wait for it to be returned to them before they will dispatch another. Very disappointed. Avoid

I ordered several items and they didn't fit. I emailed into their support/returns department and got a response a couple of days later after a follow up or two emails with no response. The response was rather than pay to return them, I would keep them (which doesn't do any good because they don't fit) and get a smaller credit. I agreed to this and they said they would email me a credit to use on my next order to order the right size. After several more emails, the responses stopped and I never got a credit. I started to notice that their website started noting that the models are like a size 4 and are wearing size mediums. So a size 6 is a large. Hence why we didn't get the correct size. In summary, there is no "real" return policy. 10/21/26 Update: Someone from Sophie and Olivia responded to my review (below) shortly after I posted it. I checked Spam and Junk folders and no such email ever came through. My complaint about not getting back to me has been confirmed. I assume their response below was to mitigate the bad review but not actually take care of the issue.

Absolute rubbish, luxury is not the word. The are essentially just another Chinese lingerie drop shipper that sells incredibly low quality lingerie at a profit. The returns policy is nigh on impossible. The dead giveaway is a single size for an entire outfit. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this website. The underwear sets I brought did not have any hygiene strips on them no tags they are worn and when they don’t fit you do not get a full refund when it states on their website you get a 30 day money back guarantee. It’s a scam they send you emails to say no refund give you 10% off your items when I spent £90 and they were not fit for purpose. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE You will not get your money back
