Hardly ever right reviews but if I could give minus stars I would 1st of all quality and sizing ridiculous wouldn't pay a fiver for both I've had better of a market stall Returns policy outrageous so complicated need to email for a returns code guess what still waiting and they charge you 15 pound per item.TOTAL SCAM

Where to begin. First they are just drop-shipping stuff from china. Second they advertise 24/7 customer service, but they have yet to respond to Email, Facebook or Instagram for multiple days. Third they LIED about their trust pilot review score and quantity.

They advertise trusted by thousands in the trustpilot banner on homepage, yet there are only 28 actual trust pilot reviews. I think they use fake reviews as well. They also publish 4.7 rating when their real rating is 2.8!! Beware.

This company should be absolutely ashamed of their customer service. Having ordered online in August, in September I eventually received my delivery. Unfortunately, they had sent the wrong size. I contacted them to request an exchange and was told that I would have to pay for the return (£20!) despite it being their error. Over three months later, I am still trying to arrange either for an exchange or refund and in the latest correspondence Clara the customer service agent had the audacity to ask me to explain my problem as "this is the first correspondence we have received directly from you"... Despite my including over 3 months of the email trail in my conversation! Absolutely would not recommend this company!

Ordered on the 28th Nov and took weeks to arrive. Ordered a size medium but is absolutely tiny, probably not a size 6. Garment was also faulty with a tear on the front, fabric really fragile and cheap. Have been trying to exercise my right in obtaining a refund but keep getting the offer of keeping the faulty Garment and to pick another Garment which I don't want. Order number #13205. Gavin

Scam. Tracking showed as out for delivery for two days, then updated to delivered. Nothing was delivered. Our doorbell camera proves it. Don’t waste your time or your money. This is a Chinese scam.

Wish I had read the reviews before, I purchased an item because I got a nice ad on my IG, the website looked good and legit, placed an order, and when I got notification, the product was shipped from China directly. This website is a very well made Drop Shipping facade, with obvious super inflated prices. Now trying to start a cancellation or return for a refund, I hope I don't face the same issues others are claiming, but I'm not feeling positive about it. Update: to return, the client is expected to pay for the return, which often is customary, but the issue is that they want it to be shipped back to China, which means international shipment and thus will be quite pricy. Certainly it is mentioned in their Return Policy, but it's not the easiest to find, and also, without a prompt warning, since this is not common practice with US businesses, it hits like a surprise and makes me regret ever purchasing from them, I'll definitely switch to other more friendly and local companies. Update 2: Finally received the package a week after the expected delivery date: checked the item, and certainly, the quality is very poor, I agree with what others have said, TEMU or AliExpress $8 dollar quality. (Wish I could post images, loose threads from poor seams, no lining for the area that covers the lady's private part, seams are not well made thus just a bump of fabric joining edges) Additionally, no wonder why there is no way to review items on their side, everything is just a fixed text they control, because no way to rate or leave comments, so one wonders, how can they claim thousands of positive reviews when there is no way to give one.

I asked if they accept returns if the items do not fit, they advised they accept and refund back to the original payment, however, since I have requested the return address they have ignored me for days and aren’t responding to my emails. The items also came late and took a long time from when they were ordered to come. Avoid as they are dishonest and the customer service is poor. 18/12 I have emailed you from the same email that I have been using the whole time. Hopefully we can reach a resolution. Please give me the return address so I can send the items back as I have repeatedly requested. 20/12 Again since you responded to my review I have sent several emails requesting the return details so I can send back, and no response from you. 21/12
