They advertise some nightgowns as silk on instagram and they are polyester not silk. When I asked for a refund or to return them, you have to pay for shipping back to China. I reported them to my American Express for fraudulent advertising.

Product is poor quality Chinese made tat which looks great in the adverts but not I real life. Size guide is well off with none of the items being the size that was expected. Delivery time was too long and I’m now expected to return it to China at my own expense before a refund will be “considered”. I wish I’d read other similar reviews before placing my order. Waste of hard earned money, don’t bother wasting yours either

Shockingly poor quality and when you try to return they say you have to send to China. This they calculate at £30 on a £60 order. Here’s an email to send them which points out what they’re doing is unlawful. Dear Sophie & Olivia Customer Support, I am writing to formally cancel my order under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. At the time of purchase, your website did not clearly state that returns would need to be sent outside the UK or EU, nor did it provide an overseas return address. The website presents itself as a UK-based brand, and no reference to China or international returns was made prior to checkout. Under UK consumer law, where an overseas return location is not clearly disclosed before purchase, the consumer is not obliged to pay international return costs. I am therefore requesting that you either: 1. Provide a UK or EU return address at no cost to myself, or 2. Arrange and cover the cost of the return, or 3. Issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will pursue recovery of the funds via my payment provider and escalate the issue to Trading Standards, as the returns policy appears to be misleading. BUYER BEWARE!!I I saw their lingerie advertised on Facebook and it looked beautiful - I was lured in. Unfortunately that's where it ends. I received my order yesterday and could barely even try it on due to the cheap, scratchy material - with a sharp metal spike on one of the connectors that cut my finger! This is the cheapest material I have ever seen - and to say it is uncomfortable is a huge understatement, the garments are completely unwearable. What has made this experience even worse is that whilst they replied to my return request saying they would refund me once the item was returned, I would have to pay for return shipping at a rate of $35 AUD. I have submitted a claim with my bank and hoping they refund me quickly. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased three items and every single one was a complete disappointment. All were misaligned, poorly sewn, did not fit, and looked nothing like the photos advertised. The products are unwearable. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. I’ve received several identical AI-generated responses, and they are refusing to issue a 100% refund for defective merchandise. This has been nothing but a headache from start to finish. I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere. 24 emails!!!!!! Not acceptable absolute hassle.

I ordered a lingerie set based on Sophie Olivia’s published size guide. The item I received was not what I ordered — they sent the wrong size, and the bra was comically large relative to their own sizing chart. I contacted them within 30 days to request a return and full refund, exactly as stated on their website. The item was unworn, with tags attached. After weeks of delayed responses and being asked to send photos, they ultimately refused a full refund and offered only a 50% partial refund instead. This directly contradicts their written return policy. I followed their rules, and they still would not honor it. Posting this as a warning to other customers.
