Sophie & OliviaReviews of sophieolivia-lingerie.com

The customer service is exceptional, fast postage and a hassle free transaction. Highly recommend!!

I accidentally ordered the same product twice. Sophie & Olivia lingerie credited back the money for one of the Orders the same day. Great communication and no hassles.

Customer service was outstanding!! Because I was buying as a gift I accidentally gave the incorrect delivery address, not once but twice. The Sophie and Olivia team went above and beyond to help get my delivery back on track even when it was with a third party courier. Communication was easy and responses were prompt. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Support from the team was next level. Judelle was helpful and so prompt with her responses!

Ho avuto dei problemi con taglie/vestibilità, siete stati molto efficienti, disponibili e gentili per l’assistenza!

Cannot rate Sophie & Olivia Lingerie more highly or recommend them more. The items came as ordered, right colour and sizes in the post - complete with care bag, which i recommend. My parter absolutely loves the comfortable feel and is enthusiastic about wearing the Nova Nightgown I got her.

good quality. fast delivery.

Extremely nice quality. No run of colors. Perfect fit by size. Shipping took a little long. But from another country that’s going to happen. Overall great everything. Will order more
