My very first experience ordering from Sophie & Olivia was awesome. I ordered two items for my wife. She liked one and wanted to exchange the second. Clara assisted my request and was so helpful and accommodating an exchange. I recommend doing business with them to anyone considering great products with amazing customer service

Our order was delivered as promised. It didnt take any longer than expected. The 1 peice was as described, very soft and looked amazing but we had ordered the wrong size. I have since been in touch with Clara and she has organised a smaller size at no expense to us and she has told us to keep the original any way. We were so happy with this quick outcome and how lovely Clara has been to deal with that we have ordered another peice from her along with the peice that Clara is sending us replacement. If their other products are anything like what we have already received I couldnt recommend them more highly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with this company! I purchased some lingerie for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. The quality was fantastic, and everything looked beautiful. I also accidentally made a mistake on the shipping address and was worried because they ship so quickly that the shipping label might already be created. I contacted them, and they fixed the address immediately without any issues. I was very impressed with how responsive and helpful their customer service was. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’m very happy with my purchase, and most importantly, my wife was thrilled! I would definitely recommend this company and will absolutely be shopping with them again.
