I like soothe,it's convenient. I would like to see a reward program in place that gives the customer something back for reaching so many massages. I would also like the option to select a Therapist on duty by profile and maybe read some of the comments left behind from passed customers they've had. I've had quit a few massages from soothe thus far. I've noticed that each Therapist has their own specialty that stands out and I would like to have the option to leave those comments for others to see. Which will I turn give the clients a better insight on how to select their Therapist.

Had a great experience with a very professional and talented masseur but in the days of $40 Groupon massages always available the almost $100 price tag seemed high given they have no fixed location expenses although it was awesome to have it at home . If they had a discounted membership service like massage envy I'd definitely sign up.

My daughter from London recommended Soothe to me and sure enough, we have it in Dallas. They were great, skilled, prompt, pleasant, no complaints

I enjoyed my two massages with soothe - but I think there should be a way for the client to request an RMT if available (so many of my friends would start using this service if they could submit it through their benefits) and we should get an option to try out new therapists if we choose not to rebook with the last one (even if the massage was good and deserving of a good review, the personality might not be what you are looking for...)

Massage any time you need! Very convenient and good service. A bit on the pricier side.

Can't really complain. There is the odd overly chatty CMT.

I love Soothe. I have had about 15 massages in the last 6 months - 1 year. I have only had 1 therapist that I would rate less than 5 stars (and she would get a 3.5 star rating). A great concept executed very well.

I've had 2 massages at home. 1 was very good but slightly more painful than I prefer, and the 2nd was OK. I had asked for medium pressure b/c I wanted it to be relaxing (and pain free!) but in the end, I didn't feel like I was that pampered....I should have asked for more pressure, so this may be my fault that it was OK. But overall, the option to have a massage at any time in the convenience of my home is 5 stars:)
