Lindsay C.
Customer service was lacking.
I received a Father's Day email granting me credits. I replied that it would be amazing to have more credits to be able to treat my dad to a massage as I recently got layed off. I received An email stating that I should have my dad make an account to receive credits. He already has an account. I am extremely disappointed. I have made many appointments through soothe and am a sarosfied customer but I can't help but feel disrespected by the email I received. You would think they would look At my status as a customer and realize that I am not a cheap skate and am truly going through hard times and simply wish to treat my father to a massage for his special day. I know it may sound mellow dramatic. However, as a loyal customer I am hurt.

Hi Lindsay, Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear about what happened. We absolutely value you as a customer (and your father as well). I can understand your disappointment and frustration, especially after already having booked with us in the past. Please look out for an email from me. Sincerely, Hadi Khan Customer Experience Manager
