Charged my card 4 times for a couples massage and then told me I didnt have an appointment. Customer service was crappy, the lady continued to overtalk me & became argumentative. I was told I was imagining my account being charged for $852 for massages. I told them I have receipts & I was told if that was the case I can wait 3-10 business days to be credited. Very dissapointed all my prior experiences were to my satisfaction but the customer service is AWFUL. Book elsewhere

Terrible service and horrible customer care. Their unprofessional provider (who almost had zero experience) hits on me during a massage session, and I respectfully reject it. The day after, I find that my account is suspended for life, "because there are reports that some providers felt uncomfortable providing me the service, for reasons the company can not even share!". I highly recommend Zeel, which has more professional providers, and cares more about its customers.

I scheduled at 8:30 am and eventually moved the appointment until after being informed that “my distance made it so that it was harder to schedule an appointment.” So then I had one comfirmed, and as I work a late shift I decided to go to sleep and wake up at the new set time of 12:30pm. Well while this happened they canceled without even informing me at all. So there is no sort of customer gurentee that they will come. They will just waste your time and leave you to find another therapist at another time “if even possible.” Which today doesn’t seem to be the case. So much for medical professionalism.

I ised Soothe after I had surgery and couldn’t travel to a masssge therapist. I had a dr. Prescription. Their FAQs are clear they don’t handle insurance but they can’t provide a receipt that you can use to bill your insurance with. They won’t provide the therapists name license number and drg. Now I am out 100s of $$$. :(

Accident waiting to happen. Experienced and seasoned healers don’t work for apps like this. Toxic people with no experience do. Not everyone goes to massage school to help people nowadays. This I know as I’ve been a therapist 22 years. Who invites a unknown person into their house, lays down naked and potentially falls asleep? Vice versa as a therapist I vet every client I take. I’m not showing up to a person’s home I don’t have a chance to speak to first. Period. Plus the money they pay sucks.

Continuous taking of card authorization when a booking cannot be resourced by a therapist. Ignoring customer.requestions. Taking second card authorization when sooth themselves.move a booking. Shoddy and sharp practices.

Not only they don't provide massage at all they are not honest. A"therapist" came who was probably homeless before starting this job. She didn't have any clue about massage at all. She arrived late and in the 15 minutes she stayed for an 120 minute appointment she was so nervous and asked 30 plus questions and asked me if I want to stop and started crying and left. First they confirmed that they will not charge and put a credit to my account and then they refused to confirm this by email. Their trick is " Trust & Safety department". They would say the case is in that meaningless department which actually means they are not taking responsibility for anything. The readers on these reviews and the responses of this company shouldn't be fooled about "Trust & Safety team". This is their pathetic tactic to drag simple issues and rip off as much as possible. Totally crooked. AVOID THIS COMPANY
