I used Soothe service for a few years but their service, communication, and resolution has gone down. I had twice issue with their service and they provided zero solution. Their chat service also sucks. I will cancel their membership and I will not recommend to anyone to use their service and get disappointed. They are not providing any good customer service and they may not be able to scale their services. It's sad

Avoid Soothe. No refunds when therapists do not show up. I booked and paid for a soothe appointment, but no therapist was available. When I attempted to cancel, they would not provide a refund. Avoid this service.

Is there an option for no stars? AVOID this frustration at all costs. Scheduled a massage with a 5 - 6 hour lead time. Two hours post the scheduling, I still hadn't received confirmation. Contacted the company via Live Chat with the simple question - how long does it take to get confirmation on a therapist - and 10 minutes later with no response I disconnected. I then called customer service that confirmed my appointment incorrectly - even though I had a screen shot verification of the correct information - and finally told me there were no therapists available in my area. Seriously? It took over 2 hours to finally tell me there were no therapists in my area - something they should've known within 10 minutes. HORRIBLE!!! NEVER will do business with this charade again. Better to book directly with the therapist and have immediate confirmation as opposed to dealing with this company.

Don’t bother using this company. They cancel on you just before your massage appointments (2x’s this has happened now!!) and then customer service does nothing to help. Company should be shut down.

SCAM-this company charges your card immidiatly then tells you they have nobody available to make the schedulded time . The advertise to have a massuse out within 2 hours...ive now been waiting 2 days and still even after charging my card no service has been provided. I contacted soothe for a refund whichis now credits on my account at a place that does not do as they agreed they are a SCAM!

We booked a couples massage for our anniversary and were staying downtown and made notes before hand that the therapists booked that they would need to park in the parking garage next to the building. After waiting 45 minutes after the massage was to begin we get a call that the therapists did not feel safe parking in a parking garage and that we would need to reschedule with different therapist. This is unacceptable and when I tried to contact customer service they kept disconnecting my chat. After three failed attempts I had to give up trying to get a hold of anyone to discuss what an issue this was. I will never again use this app or suggest soothe to anyone.

Awful company. I booked a couples massage last week on Saturday. It was a delayed valentines gift. The masseuses couldn’t find my home and I live in the most popular area in the city - the west loop. It would be like saying they couldn’t find the Untid Center. So we wanted 3 hours and I was notified via a text that they weren’t coming. And they were SO gracious to give me a $30 credit. I told them they can stick the credits where the sun don’t shine. Avoid this company at all costs.

Booked 2 massage therapists for an event. I had 20 people expecting massaging. They did not show up even confirming with them the day before. I called soothe and she showed no concerned. Said she would find out where they are and call me back. Never called back. After 20 minutes, with a line of people waiting, I reached out again and she casually said, "oh yea we mixed up dates with the massages". Showed no concerned. And did not have the decency to call back with answers. No apologies. Highly would NOT recommend.
