They mention 5 business days however not respected in the end, had to send a message telling them it was important for me to have it prior a certain date (and it was, wedding). I ended up not using the song because the name (quite a basic one; Rafael) was said such in a terrible way in the song that everyone I made listen was literally laughting (suppose to be a romantic song). I gave them 2 stars because they do reply quickly and they did an adjustment to my initial request (only gave 1 new word but should've been 2), so customer service is good from what I see.
