Hi, you previously left a similar 1-star review saying you were unhappy that our service is not free. To clarify for future customers, SongRetold is a paid custom music service involving real singers, audio engineers, AI voice matching, editing, mixing, and quality review. We never mentioned on Google that our service is free, only that our lyric changer tool is free to use, and you can get a copy of your lyrics. This is clearly mentioned on our blog post. Our pricing is shown before checkout, and no order is required unless someone chooses to move forward. This review appears to be about wanting a free Lyric Change, not about a completed order or the quality of our work.

This review is not accurate. Our pricing is clearly shown on the site, and we’re always transparent with customers before any purchase. Our rates are also in line with other custom song services, including companies like Songfinch. It also appears this user never bought a Lyric Change and is simply upset with our service not being free.

Hey Lucas, really sorry it didn't turn out well. We do offer free revisions that include updating the voice model and mix. So if you ever need these revisions, please ask! We can work through it and most likely give you a better mix.
