This is I acceptable y’all broke contract by taking us out of what we paid. The swim pool we now do not get to use, the two blocks we have to walk to park, this homeless man at the front wouldn’t let us in! We had to get people to move him. Our friends got a hotel next to us now we’re a mile away from them. 100 dollars doesn’t even cost the amount of paying we have to do for a taxi!

TERRIBLE ! DONT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!!!!! they found some tobacco shavings in my room after i checked out and are now charging me 300$ claiming i smoked inside when i did not do such thing. all i did is leave behind a little tobacco as i was in a rush to check out. they’re just a scam and i believe they get most of their profit by scamming people. this is a fraudulent company.

Cancelled last minute. Worst company ever

Terrible experience, they cancelled last minute, no reason given, a reservation made a long time ago for a 5 beds apartment for the weekend. Prepaid 1.4K. ROMA is very full with Bruce Springsteen concert and the Tennis championship. Practically impossible to find a bed. On top of everything our apartment was put back on sale for 4K. No further comment needed

Worst customer service. My reservation was cancelled with no explanation but they still took the funds from my account and now I have to wait 5-10 days for them to be refunded. When I had questions unrelated to the cancelation they would just end their message saying the decision is final.

The television didn’t work during my stay and they forgot to give face towels so I had to wash up with a hand towel customer service is very negligent and irresponsible

Terrible experience with Sonder Sonder imposes an absurdly time-consuming process, after you book one of their properties, and before you can check in. I tried their properties twice now (I forgot I'd sworn to never use them again after my first Sonder booking). I travel mostly for business and need frictionless process. The Sonder check-in process is convoluted, wastes time and a real turn-off . We now blacklisted Sonder for our company travel.

When we got to hotel room the heat was on and the room was 30 degrees. We tried everything to turn it off. We didn’t sleep the whole night due to the heat then the fire alarm went off “by mistake” so that didn’t help with sleep but Atleast we got a second of fresh air. We spent all day all night back and forth trying to figure out how to turn off the heat and they were no help at all. Finally they said they would bring up a fan. They brought up a space heater. The temperature never dropped below 28 degrees. These people suck all they did was give us 20 pounds back for a 400 pound stay of sweat and no sleep. Don’t book with them.
