I truly recommend their sleep mouth strip for anyone who is struggling waking up with a very dry mouth!! I have to say that Somnifix Sleep Strip's customer service is far beyond the best care for their clients and subscribers that my wife and l have experienced!!

My doctor asked me to discontinue using this product and so I wanted to cancel my subscription. But the Subscriptions page in my Account settings (where one goes to cancel/manage their subscriptions) was blank. It's remained blank for over 3 weeks now. They've now sent me more product as well, which I certainly don't need and would like to return. I've sent multiple email to info at somnifix.com over the last 3 weeks, requesting my subscription be cancelled. I then filled out the form on their website. I've yet to hear back from them. I'm fairly convinced they don't have a customer service team at all. While the product does work to some extent, be sure to consult with your medical practitioners before using. And definitely do NOT sign up for a subscription, unless you're prepared to put a block on your credit card.
