SomnifixReviews of somnifix.com

They are ok, however this company's reviews are deceitful. They list several thousand 5 STAR reviews. That's actually next to impossible to have a 100% 5 STAR rating with so many reviews. In fact, I posted a 3 STAR review and it never made it on their website reviews, which of course is trickery and deceitful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Somnifix is massively overpriced for what you get, and there are far more affordable alternatives available—just check Amazon. What’s worse is the way they present their “guarantee” and return policy as customer‑friendly when, in reality, it’s anything but. Their cancellation/return/guarantee policy is so convoluted you practically need a lawyer to decipher it. Any company that makes its policies this confusing should raise red flags. I attempted to cancel my latest subscription shipment because I still had plenty left from the previous order. Despite canceling before the item shipped—and having the emails to prove it—Somnifix denied my request. Their exact wording to me was: “Please be advised that, as outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy, we are unable to accommodate return or refund requests for subscriptions that were not canceled prior to shipment.” Except I did cancel prior to shipment. I’ve gone back and forth with them through multiple emails, and they refuse to acknowledge it. In my experience, this company relies on predatory tactics and hides behind a confusing policy to avoid honoring cancellations. If you’re considering signing up, read their return/cancellation/guarantee policy very carefully. Honestly, you may want an attorney to read it for you. Customer service has been unhelpful at every step. They got me for this last renewal, but I’ve canceled my subscription going forward. That’s the last dollar they’ll ever get from me.

The "New" Somnifix strips are not nearly as good as the old ones. They are harder to peel off. They have a small strip in the center that comes off on your lip, and I am concerned about swallowing it! Please return to the previous ones which were much better.

Apparently, this company thinks silence is golden, especially when it comes to auto-renewals. No reminder, no warning, just a surprise charge and shipment. When I reached out to request a return, I received a canned, condescending “per our policy” response, as if citing fine print is a substitute for actual customer care. Spoiler alert: it’s not. Most decent companies send a heads-up before renewing subscriptions. But here? They’d rather quietly take your money and then hide behind a rigid policy when you call it out. It’s not just bad service; it’s a business model built on the assumption that you’re not paying attention. Enjoy the $53 you made off me this month. It’s the last dime you’ll ever get from me.

My doctor asked me to discontinue using this product and so I wanted to cancel my subscription. But the Subscriptions page in my Account settings (where one goes to cancel/manage their subscriptions) was blank. It's remained blank for over 3 weeks now. They've now sent me more product as well, which I certainly don't need and would like to return. I've sent multiple email to info at somnifix.com over the last 3 weeks, requesting my subscription be cancelled. I then filled out the form on their website. I've yet to hear back from them. I'm fairly convinced they don't have a customer service team at all. While the product does work to some extent, be sure to consult with your medical practitioners before using. And definitely do NOT sign up for a subscription, unless you're prepared to put a block on your credit card.

If you sign up for a subscription Somnifix makes it impossible to cancel. I have tried to cancel my subscription several ways. I am very dissatisfied with this company. K. Evans

I had a good experience with Somnifix for a couple of years, but recently tried to adjust a subscription shipment. The update button on their site no longer works. They don't have a phone # & don't respond to email now. It's like the company just disappeared. Research shows loads of others in the same boat. Best to avoid trying to do business w/Somnifix!

Somnifix said the product had been delivered three times but UPS tracking confirmed that it never had
