SomneeReviews of somneesleep.com

This product is amazing and the customer service is as well. Somnee has changed my life and that’s not an exaggeration. I had some trouble with the charging base and scheduled a time with customer support and they helped me within 3 minutes. Love it.

I've been using the Somnee headband for months and genuinely love it — the difference in my sleep quality has been noticeable and I've recommended it to so many people in my life. When I ran into an issue with my account, the customer service team was so thorough and genuinely went above and beyond to make it right. Sean was incredibly communicative and kind throughout the whole process. For a young company this level of care is rare and it really shows. So grateful to have found Somnee!!

SOMNEE’s customer support provided an excellent resolution when my headband stopped charging after six months of use. Because the device was unusable, I was concerned about continuing my annual subscription. The support team listened to my concerns, handled my case professionally, and sent me a replacement headband, allowing me to resume sleep support without losing the value of my subscription. I also own a BrainTap device and maintain its subscription, which includes sleep-support programs. However, after comparing both technologies and experiences, I have decided to continue using SOMNEE indefinitely as my primary device for sleep support. I appreciate their outstanding service.

Somnee has absolutely stellar customer service. I worked with Sean throughout my Somnee journey. Although Somnee wasn’t ultimately the right fit for me, they stand behind their product and honor their guarantees. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

I have been using Somnee for a couple of months and I love it! My biggest challenge is getting and staying asleep. Somnee has been a huge help. I reliably fall asleep within fifteen minutes after going to bed and sleep at least six to seven hours of uninterrupted sleep. I feel more rested and alert than I have ever been before. Somnee has been instrumental in helping me to get more restorative sleep and has become an indispensable part of my nighttime routine!

I have used Somnee for nearly a year. I have a sleep disorder and I always struggle with staying awake. Within a month of using Somnee, I could tell I was more rested in the morning. When I have forgotten to use Somnee, I get less deep sleep and I'm more groggy in the morning. Somnee has been a huge part of getting my life back from my sleep disorder. I'm so grateful for this product! Customer service has also been great. Whenever I email support, I quickly get the help I need. All In all, Somnee has been a great benefit to me! I encourage anyone who wants better sleep to seriously consider Somnee.

My brother has long suffered from insomnia. When he learned that the Somnee headband in the US could help with sleep, he eagerly asked me to buy one for him. Since he doesn't live in the US, after receiving it, he needed help with some things, so I emailed Somnee customer service. I was fortunate to receive help from Sean: I explained our needs, and Sean promptly replied to my emails multiple times, greatly assisting my brother. Thank So much! Your customer Lin

I’ve been using the Somnee headband as part of a broader sleep optimization routine alongside a full supplement stack, and it complements everything remarkably well. The tACS neurostimulation adds a layer that supplements alone can’t replicate — the deep sleep impact in particular has been the most significant and unparalleled improvement I’ve experienced across anything I’ve tried. I noticed a smoother transition into sleep and consistently better sleep quality night after night. The customer service team has been responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the experience. The app is intuitive, the hardware is comfortable, and the science behind it is credible. Highly recommend for anyone serious about optimizing their sleep.
