This device is the best! I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping!

I’ve only been using the Somnee headband for like a week but I’m already falling asleep faster. The app’s super simple and doesn’t overwhelm you with data. Kinda shocked it’s helping this much honestly.

Definitely helps me to relax and get to sleep and to get back to sleep when I awake during the night--I've used the device for several years now. I initially received a faulty version of the piece that the electrodes attach to and, when I contacted customer service, they immediately hopped online with me and did some tests to establish what the problem was and sent a replacement, which has worked great since then.

Game changer. I always felt like crap after using OTC or RX pills to help me sleep. I also could rarely wake up on time when I did. Somnee hasn't necessarily added more sleep for me, but it's helped me fall asleep reliably quickly and improve my quality of sleep immensely. Which is actually great for me because as a dad of 2 young kids, I can't exactly sleep for more hours when they're up and at em before sunrise! Grateful this exists.

I've been using my Somnee since November 2023 (and haven't missed a night since then). The time it takes for me to fall asleep is noticeably shorter and my awake time during the night is also considerably shorter. I'm SO happy with my Somnee device and grateful for the impact it's had on my slepp

Absolutely LOVE. It takes a minute to get used to the tingling but I have told 2 people who are getting it. I am a MASSIVE believer!!! And I took it when I traveled to Asia. forgot the base in a hotel room and they sent me a free one. I absolutely think it works!!! And I never ever write reviews but I wanted to pay for the base they sent for free so they said write a review. Well, I think this thing rocks.

I bought my somnee last week. Given their educational materials which told me that it would take 1 week to map my brain and another 1-2 weeks after that to calibrate to my personal sleep patterns, I didn't expect much on the first night's use. Well, I was WRONG. I put it on, started my stim session, and started nodding off while sitting upright! I honestly cannot wait to see what this device can do for me after it calibrates to me. Their support team also emailed me this morning to ask how my first session was! Incredible!!!
