Highly Recommended
goes above and beyond for their customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and they know what their customers need and what their customers want. Their software is great because it is super efficient. I am highly satisfied with their customer support team. They are available 24/7 via phone call/ Email. Most software companies do not provide customer support on the phone but their staff is well experienced and they will walk you through the process. I highly recommend them.

To the Rescue...
After attempting to download this program for over an hour I was loosing my mind. Troy, at Solvusoft joined my computer and walked me through the download. I would have never figured it out without him. He was very patient with me as I am not very computer savvy. I appreciate his effort.

I ordered a software that was supposed…
I ordered a software that was supposed to fix the error that I was getting on my computer but, unfortunately it didn't work. I contacted support and spoke with Troy Austin for a refund. He was very helpful and professional. He gave me the refund and the number to reach him if I had any further problems or questions. I am very pleased with the customer service and will buy products from this company again if I need any further assistance. Kudos to Troy Austin it was a pleasure working with you to get my refund.

Unsolicited software charges
This company charged me £43.14 on 22/11/2022 for a software I never ordered (order #196891589) from 2Checkout. I claimed it to be refunded, they raised the refunded order to me, which has not arrived. Any further contacts have been ignored.
