Overall I am very satisfied with my system. The techs helped me set up the system as I was assured they would before I purchased the system. I had an issue where a port closed for some reason and I could not access remotely, but when I called the support line they corrected the problem. The wait time was reasonable. They called me back within the hour. I recommend this system I only hope I am not jinxing myself but I will take the chance
