Great customer service during order and prompt delivery
Everything was great and works well. One improvement I would make is editing the quick start guide. I was not networking the cameras which wasn't shown. I also just hooked a monitor to the box and tried the controller but it stopped working so tried the mouse and it works. Also a quick explanation of initial settings for recording, storage, retention, etc.

Great picture Quality !
Very Pleased with the picture quality . A little sensitive on the picking up of sound and it does a great job of text alert ,but hey thats what you want that to do p/u sound as well as movement. I have found that it picks up motion sometimes when I can not see anything on the screen .Iam also not sure if its a two way speaker system or not . I can hear on my I phone whats going on in room but cannot talk back through the camera ?

We're very happy to hear that you're pleased with the product! You can operate a two-way talk through the App on your phone by going into the live feed for the product, pressing the option icon that looks to be two speech bubbles, and finally hold down the microphone icon that appears while talking into your phone. This process should allow you to utilize your two-way talk feature on the camera.Please let us know if you need any further assistance in the future!

DVR not working
Have bought a few systems from this company. One the most recent purchase, the DVR did not work upon arrival. There is no phone support but they do respond quickly via email, issued an RMA, and return tracking/shipment. Still waiting on replacement unit...hoping that the new one will work cause we needed it yesterday.

We're sorry to hear that you had the experience of receiving a defective DVR. It seems as though you need the DVR urgently so I will contact our shipping department and see if we can have the item arrive at your location a little faster than expected. Normally, anything going out towards California takes about 5 business days but I will see if I can get it to you much earlier than that. Great cameras worth every penny!
The only thing that will make it better if you had tha cables to be a hundred feet instead of sixity feet

We're glad you like the cameras! Unfortunately we aren't able to customize the cables included in the retail boxes, but we do have 100ft cables available on our site if you need longer cables! Good camera for inside house
Could be better for out side,I couldn't see the plates of the cars on day time. Bad view when nite out side

Most cameras if anything look better in the dark. I'd recommend contacting Samsung's Tech support to see if anything is wrong with the camera. They can be reached at 877-349-3149.
