I am very impressed with the emails informing me of every step in the ordering and receiving of the product. The only thing I might like to see is a way to contact customer service by phone in case I have questions.

Vendor sent the requested equipment same day. Great service! After I received the microphones, there was almost no information with them, but - they worked great. Easy to figure out and install. I found the same microphones a few days later for about 1/4 the price at another vendors website.

I work in the field of covert/overt video surveillance and have worked with many brands of analog & IP video systems. The Samsung SDS-5102 DVR set up is easy to navigate. I will not start the full installation until Spring, but I have set it up in my garage to test the cameras and DVR. The picture quality is very clear and the IR works great in almost total darkness. The price was better than Sam's Club and as a bonus, I was not charged tax or shipping (an additional savings). The package arrived in 3 days and great care was taken to ensure the equipment was protected. I rated 4 stars simply because I don't have it installed, but from the testing I've done, I'm confident I will be very satisfied. I will be installing with baluns and CAT5 for easier installation than with the provided BNC cables. The price and speed of delivery was great and I will order from Soltech Security again.

The experience was pretty good overall. I had an issue ordering and contacting someone for a day when my order was cancelled. The voicemail was somewhat shady as I had to call Samsung and ensure that this company was truly an Authorized Seller of their product. I called back the next day and spoke with a Very Friendly Young Lady (Sorry cant remember her name) but she was helpful, courteous and even corrected the price which was incorrect. I look forward to doing business with Soltech in the NEAR future.
