Having problems, they wont return calls, I get a completely different type of response when I email. Product not working, ready to call the BBB, seriously, they have been horrible to work with

We order a unit to replace a unit that was already installed. Tried to explain the power supply was different from the first unit. The second power supply will only fit four cameras. It came with another adapter for 7 cameras but the plug to the DVR is different from the 4 plug. Tried sending a picture to the technician. Really got nowhere. Now i have a dvr that does not work and my entire system is not working. Is there someone on a local basis that can help remedy our system and get what we need. We are in San Antonio Texas.

Unacceptable! I paid $110 for next day shipping, and is more than a week now and I haven't received it. I called and email costumer service to cancel my order and nobody answer me back. I wish I wouldn't order never. Of course I'll return your item back.

I had a bad DVR that failed first with the HDMI cable. So, i had to use the VGA cable. then, a week and a half later the whole unit failed. I spoke with Samsung, they said to go on line and look up the form to send the unit back. The form had a clause that it would take 2 days to evaluate if they would repair the unit. I pulled up the form and tried to fax the form back. The number went to a residence. I e-mailed them twice, I still have not had a response yet. I have half the cameras in place now. If it wasn't such a pain to get them down, I would send everything back.

I ordered an additional Samsung baby monitor camera. Credit card was charged, received notification with tracking info that it was shipped, then received an email the very next day that the item was not in stock, and my order was canceled (not that there would be a delay). I had to reach out to the manufacturer myself and find out that the cameras are back-ordered 2-3 weeks. How do you notify customer of shipment, with tracking info, when the item was not in stock??
