Easy transaction & correct parts
I contacted Soltech Security for connectors (to join two of our cables together) via email. A relatively quick response provided the accurate answers for us and identified which parts we needed to purchase. Purchase prices were very competitive and received in relatively short time (due to Thanksgiving Holiday) and work as described.

Soltech has great service and fair prices.
I needed longer cables than the ones that came with my 2 Samsung camera systems. Soltech had just what I needed at a good price. Their service was great with my cable arriving in just a few days. I will be going to Soltech for my future needs.

Great product
I just wanted to say that the customer service is great. I had an issue I couldn't figure out on my own and I was able to get it solved with one phone call and on the first try. Can't ask for much more than that.

I had been searching for a wifi webcab and found Soltech's site. Lots of choices, new and refurbed, all with highly competitive pricing. After the purchase, I received immediate confirmation and excellent order tracking updates. I have found a great place for my next electronics purchase.
