We found it easy to install, and everything worked the first time. I'm really impressed with your tech support--12 hours/day, usually not much waiting time, and for anything tricky I gave them control of my Mac to help setup. There's a complete manual for the software to be installed on a PC. I'd appreciate more documentation for remote Mac viewing and for control from the monitor.

Great Alternative To Full Price
My wife and I decided we needed security cameras after we had our first child. I found one that works with our smart home system, the Samsung SmartCam HD Pro, and tried to find a good price. Unfortunately, we needed at least 2, and they run $180 a pop on Amazon and eBay. Bargain hunting, I found Soltech via Google and saw that they sell bundles of refurbished cameras for much cheaper than anywhere else. We were able to get 3 cameras for less than $300, rather than 2 for $350. Refurbished items usually worry me, especially when it's to monitor our child, but these come with a 90-day warranty. I expect any major defects to show up within those 3 months. Soltech shipped quickly, and each of the cameras was a newer version with all of the accessories (power cable, mounting plate). I have no complaints at all, and now we have the setup we wanted with extra cash to spend on nursery items.

Excellent Customer Service
Prior to calling Soltech to order additional Samsung Cameras to work with my Samsung DVR, I had called Samsung and received the WRONG information TWICE! The customer service tech at Soltech understood my request and shipped the CORRECT cameras the FIRST time! I greatly appreciate their patience and their assistance.

"Quality" 200' rools of security camera wiring
Price was very good, ordering was a snap and received the order quickly. I would highly recommend to others.
