This is a great system but is not secure with wiring for charging the camera can be easily removed.. If they were wireless I would've kept them

Had a lithium battery warning sticker …
Had a lithium battery warning sticker on the shipment box which doesn't contain batteries. Very thoughtful of whoever did it.

Would have given 5 stars but they are difficult to make telephone contact with,otherwise great service!
Fast same day shipping as advertised! Very satisfied with product. Would have given 5 stars but they forgot to email shipping information. Had to call them and encountered some difficulty getting to a live person otherwise great ,fast friendly service. Would have no problems recommending this company to anyone!

Great Product but I misunderstood
I thought Soltech was easy to deal with, though my return/refund hasn't been completed yet so that may change :) I loved the camera, which I bought to monitor my dogs while I'm at work. I did not realize that a subscription to a monitoring company was required to use it, however, so I returned it.
