I bought a theme some years ago and it still works very well. Last week I needed support and they were kind, prompt and helpful.

I have recommended SoloStream in the past. I recently had to subscribe again (paid money - not sure what lifetime represents) to update a theme for one of my customers. 1] I had to email them to approve my purchase. 2] I had to email them to approve my reset password - which they say has been done but I still can't log in. I'm 3 weeks in now. 3] They don't answer the questions I send to support@ 4] They close my ticket saying "we've resolved" ... they haven't resolved/answered my questions.

I am very sorry but that was due to security purpose, IT happens when you score is below the normal one that time our system asked for manually authetication. In your case you were tried multiple time due to that reason the system had blocked you. Again We are sorry but as we can see your account is quite healthy position and if you have any question or comments, please do write us at [email protected]
